Your Responsibilities as "Site Manager France (m/f/d)"

  • Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement

  • End-to-end responsibility for productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency

  • Manage performance through KPIs (OEE, lead time, OTIF, scrap rate, inventory turnover)

  • Drive Lean management, process optimization, and integration of production and logistics

  • Own site-related purchasing strategy regarding cost, quality, and supply security

  • Ensure transparency on supplier performance and cost development

  • Budget responsibility, resource planning, reporting per group standards

Success Criteria

  • Stable production output with high delivery reliability

  • Measurable productivity and efficiency gains

  • Clear ownership and fast decision-making

  • Controlled purchasing performance

Your Profile

  • Several years of leadership experience in production, operations, or supply chain

  • Proven track record in Lean management and process optimization
