Product Developer mechatronics & hydraulics – Technical SPOC

We are seeking a Product Developer to drive the development of innovative products and act as the central technical point of contact (SPOC) within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field of Action mechatronics & hydraulics products for our product range LIBERVIT

  • Develop and validate new product concepts, including design solutions, calculations, and prototype testing

  • Scout and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods

  • Act as the technical SPOC, coordinating development priorities, milestones, and technical alignment

  • Manage technical documentation, specifications, and certification support

  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, quality, and suppliers

  • Support pilot production, resolve technical issues, and optimize product and process performance

  • Track technical actions, risks, and decisions to ensure transparent project execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Hydraulics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in product development and technical project coordination

  • Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Experience with CAD, technical calculations, and documentation systems

Preferred

  • Experience with FMEA, certification processes, and supplier coordination
